Standard turnaround is 2 weeks from the time payment is made.


What are your order minimums?

Embroidery: 12 pieces

DTF printing: 12 pieces

Screen printing: 25 pieces


Can I mix different items to hit the minimum?
Yes.


Do you offer price breaks?
Yes — at 25, 75, 200, and 500 pieces.


What’s the difference between DTF and screen printing?
DTF is better for small runs and full-color artwork. Screen printing is better for larger orders and simple, solid-color designs.


Can I get a sample before ordering?

Embroidery: Yes — we offer complementary sew-outs upon request.

Printing: Only for orders over 75 pieces.


How do I get started with an online store?
Send us an email at supply@thelakestate.com and we’ll walk you through it. There’s a $50 one-time setup fee. That’s it.


What kind of items do you decorate?
Almost everything — hats, bags, jackets, polos, tees.
A better question is what we don’t decorate.
Answer: bucket hats, certain backpacks, and pieces with obstructions (in some cases).


Can you help with my logo?
Yes — we offer vectorizing and logo creation upon request. Just reach out.


Can I bring my own garments?
Yes, for orders over 100 pieces.


What if something’s wrong with my order?
If the item is defective or doesn’t match the approved proof, we’ll make it right — refund or discount, depending on the issue and customer preference.


Do you offer rush orders?
Yes. Rush turnaround starts at 5 days with a 50% rush fee. Anything under a week is considered a rush.


What file types do you need for artwork?

Printing: Vectorized files (AI, EPS, PDF)

Embroidery: Most file types are fine, as long as the resolution is decent
